Everything was perfect! The room was clean and beautiful, with ac, the garden with waterfall and everything green. The staff was amazing and really helpful, and they really wanted to get to know you. You can order food from kitchen, there’s coffee and tea in the room with kettle. Location is perfectly away from Bangsal town. You can walk to the nearby small village, that is the staffs home village. With taxi you can go to town. Quiet and peaceful, perfect place to relax for example after Rinjani hike. Nothing bad to say.

Shower was excellent! Lots of drinking water provided too.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need: AC, a TV (with many viewing options), a sofa, a nice bathroom, a fridge to store your food and some nice comfy beds. They offer a nice many with many local and western food choices, which were delicious. The apartment is also in an ideal location with many local bars, shops and the beautiful Sengiggi beach just a short drive away. But, the best thing about Suci's apartment is the hosts. Suci and Jeff are exceptional hosts who make you feel at home straight away. They are experienced in the area and can provide transport services for anywhere you'd like to visit, they can also get you good prices for any trips you may be interested in. I'd happily stay there again and would recommend it to ALL my friends. Seriously 10/10!

The appartement has everything you need and well furnished for cooking, clean and really comfy. The owner is really nice and helped us with the keys or also to leave our bikes for 2days. We stayed there 2times. And the apartment looks nicer in real than the pictures. The plus is that we didn’t hear the noise of the mosque during ramadan, and it helped us to rest more as we are not get used to of the mosque’s noise.

The service was absolutely impeccable, the housekeeping was fantastic and Wolfgang and Almila were just so hospitable, it absolutely blew us away. They were fantastic at helping us with our 11-month-old daughter and did their best to make our stay nothing short of wonderful. We stayed for two weeks and it was always so nice to come back in the evening and have a chat about our day. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable (sandwiches when we left, welcome drinks, general attentiveness) during our stay and we would recommend the apartment to anyone who asked.
