Fully equipted kitchen and bathroom, cosy and clean, nicely arranged flat, host Silvia was very helpfull and nice, MTB storage, air-conditioner working, private parking at the site. Thumbs up!

We enjoyed the stay so much, we extended the stay with two days even though we had something else booked. The location provides a beautiful view over the Naregno Beach and bay. You can walk down to Naregno beach in a very relaxed 10-15 minute walk, which we did most of the days to meet the Stefano Sub boat at the pier for diving. That beach was also great for the kids. The host was very helpful and responsive. The nearby town of Capoliveri was lovely and everyone was just so friendly. We loved it.

The apartment we rented was cozy and clean, more than enough space for a couple, the garden, terrace for breakfast and dinner outside. It has everything necessary for cooking, even the local olive oil! Marco is an amazing host, - he welcomed us and gave all information about the place. We tasted the veggies from the family garden just near the house, they were delicious! We came with the bikes, it was easy to reach the highlights of this part of Elba from the house. Thank you Marco for your hospitality! Highly recommended!

The accommodation features a flat-screen TV with Sky channels. All units have a terrace and/or balcony with sea or pool views. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a refrigerator. A stovetop and coffee machine are also offered. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was fresh made orange juice, briosch with different flavours and coffe or tea....it was more than enough for us. Rooms were clean, staff were very nice They've even taken care of the weather-sunshine through-out the end of the April. Gotta give them that ;)

With a sea-view balcony, the simply furnished apartments feature satellite flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. The bathroom includes free toiletries. Great location with wonderful view. The hotel has a private parking near the Lacona beach, and this is a great plus even in the evening, as free local parking is scarce. Staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel provides a list of very good restaurants that give a discount to the hotel’s patrons.

Studios and apartments all come with a patio, sea view and outdoor dining area. They all boast sea views. This place is absolutely awesome in every respect and it will definitely be my only choice for my next trips to Isola d'Elba. The location is incredible, the staff is extremely friendly, it has everything you need for a perfect stay away from the usual kind of tourism. For me, it was a perfect starting point for various mountain bike and road bike trips across the island. Just breathtaking! A little reminder to those who have read about the "challenging dirt road" to the place - true, it's definitely not your every day commute to work - but absolutely no problem (unless you are traveling in a sports car with very low ground clearance). To me, it wasn't challenging at all - it was huge fun :-) Just don't be afraid of dust :-) Highly recommended!!! Oh, and it actually does have internet (at really decent bandwidth).
