Comfy, modern studio and carefully designed. Nice view to the boarders between Italy and Switzetland. Close to Como but located ideally in a residential, quiet part of the city, high up the hill. Amazing bathroom and great shower. Fast wifi and nice smart tv. Convenient and safe parking. Very happy overall!

This place is situated in one of the historical buildings of the Vico district. The apartment is a cozy place with high ceilings and a big bed up on the gallery. Kitchen has the basic amenities and there is even a small outside patio with table and chairs. The location is 5 minutes away from the lake and the famous Aero Club Como, walk to the main touristic district is about 20 minutes. The host - Silvia - was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment is quite and cozy. It has everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable: it felt like sleeping on a cloud! I loved the shower upstairs and the placement of the lights. Can't wait to go back again!

The location is the best possible location in the city. The views from the patio are better than the pictures. The restaurants and boat rentals nearby were magnificent. The apartment is very spacious, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The Air Conditioning is the best in Europe. And they are very friendly helping you check in.

This is a very comfy one-bedroom apartment with large living room and an outside patio/balcony. It's on the third floor of a four-story building. The windows and the patio are facing the lake with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains - see attached pics. The patio is great to have morning coffee and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's needed. Coffee machine is stocked with capsules. All the appliances are new and in perfect working condition. The place is very well maintained and clean. The bed in very comfortable. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can be used for 2 people. Bathroom and shower are immaculate. Wi-Fi works very well. Elisa, the owner/host, is very pleasant and friendly lady. She picked us up at the local train station and took us to the property for a quick check-in process. At the end of our stay, when there was time to check-out, she also offered to drop us off at the station. This was such a great touch of hospitality! She also provided a box of very delicious cookies to go with our first cup of coffee at her property. The place has a dedicated parking in a gated area, though we did not use it. The place is about 2 miles from the center of Lecco. There is a bus stop right across the street and it takes 5 minutes to get to town. We usually walked to town - there is a real nice walking trail that goes along the lake so one can enjoy the views. There is a grocery store within 5 mins walk. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area. There are many hiking trails for any level of abilities and expertise. Lecco is a very authentic Italian town with a rich history and many places of interest. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Trains, buses, and water-taxis provide good connections to other areas around Lake Como. I would definitely recommend staying at Elisa's place.
