Fantastic property and location. just down the block was a market and great pizza place. And right down our street was the town center, there were no stairs, so we could stroll down with our stroller. There were shops, restaurants, cafes, playground for kids, the beach. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could think of. Highly recommend this place!

Very clean apartment near the center of La Spezia, very close to the train station (5min). Comfortable beds, good contact with the host, good equipment in the kitchen, everything was fine. If you consider renting this place you need to know, you need 25 minutes to get to the port, 10 minutes to get to the Main Street of La Spezia.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is a bit removed from the busy tourist area, but a pleasant walk there and a very short walk to a decent grocery store. The apartment had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay.

Awesome apartment inside the Fezzano Marina. It seems like this is the only apartment to rent inside the Marina so you'll be alone without other guests, however the Marina is pretty busy throughout the day and there is a lively restaurant on the first floor. We rented a motorboat for a day (no license required) and it was so much fun. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Plenty of parking at the marina.
