Property has perfect location and is built with best available materials and designs. Rooms are large, elegant with terrace with Breath taking views of the sea and garden. Private beach with umbrellas and sun beads free of charge. Inside of property parking lot, free of charge. Large kitchen with big table and chairs and everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Outside of kitchen is table with chairs and umbrella over looking at garden and sea. I really enjoyed first morning coffee with my dear friends seating out there. We were eating dinner at the neighborhood restaurant with the best selection of seafood’s Grilled octopus is my favorite and was just perfect. The location was also great, with easy access to the hotel Chedi, which was few steps away and had a SPA opened and a heated pool, that we used since the pool in front of the apartment is not heated and not for use in the winter. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that our stay was enjoyable. When we arrived, there was a basket of seasonal fruits and water/juice in the apartment, which was great for us - also, they provided us with nespresso coffee and capsules which was great. Overall, I highly recommend Lustica Bay apartment rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation spot. Thank you to the host and staff for making our stay comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Villa Miran! It was so cool staying on top of a mountain side and the views of Kotor Bay are simply incredible . It makes walking up the steep hill totally worth it. There is a bakery, shops and restaurants right at the bottom of the street and we found it very convenient.

The modern-style apartment had new furniture and appliances. Our favorite part of the apartment was the view! We had a view of Boka Bay and the mountain from the master bedroom window and the living room, which led to the spacious terrace with new outdoor furniture. The sunrise and sunset view from the terrace was truly beautiful! Our host was friendly, spoke English, and was available to help whenever we had a question. The beach is private for guests of the apartment with chairs, umbrellas, and tables. There are also have kayaks available for guest use. *The apartment is a 15-20 minutes car ride from Tivat Airport, 10 minutes to Luštica Bay, and 25-30 minutes from Porto Montenegro. There is also a small market and bakery near the apartment 5-minute walk from the apartment.
