We absolutley loved the check in procedure: (ie, door code to enter apartment building sent to us on arrival day, apartment door keys in lock box, remote to underground garage left for us in the apartment key to garage). The building itself was a little hard to find at night in a snowstorm as trees were covering the # on the building but once we found it, the check in procedure couldnt have been smoother. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
