As a solo traveler and it being my first time in Tunisia, I could not have had a better stay. Youssef was extremely kind and welcoming. He was always available and a phone call away if I had any questions. The apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the center of Sidi Boi Saïd and down the road for Carthage. Having an entire apartment to myself was very refreshing. Youssef had stocked the fridge with groceries prior to my stay so I was able to make a home cooked meal. Guests are also free to use the Netflix account on the television, which is an added bonus. As someone who has traveled all over the world, I would highly recommend Chez ADAC as it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in with a kind and respectful owner.

If you want to walk, calculate about 30 minutes between the STUDIO and any of the objectives.
