The place is a perfect gate away for families as the apartments are full catered with all you need. Breakfast is really yummy and it’s served every morning at your terrace. Location for us was great as it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Thank you very much Paola & staff for taking care of us and provide us with an excellent service. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The apartment is in a calm part of Stone Town, yet is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host and his team were always reachable, friendly and ready to help. I enjoyed the complimentary tea provided and liked the apartments decor. I look forward to staying there again when next I visit.

Location is perfect - one stone throw away from the beach but still in the village with all shops and kiosks and restaurants within walking distance. Hosts are a mixed couple and both have been living long time in the area and can help you with whatever you need. Recommended!

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The Apartment was very comfortable. The beds were absolutely great. The employees on the compound were very very nice and extraordinary helpful. The tenant Eddy is a very pleasant man who is very helpful too. Here are two examples: I broke my hand on the beach and he and the driver helped me through the Hospital. And one of the employees even build a little terrace for us so we had a better view at the ocean and we could enjoy the sunset. We can really recommend this place.

The location was ideal and because it's a gated community, there is access to restaurants, including one that is near the beachfront/ reef coral. Across this street when you get out of the gated community, there is a mall, and you can do some shopping at the supermarket and dine at another restaurant next to a coffee shop. The location is really convenient. Fumba town gives you a chance to also live like a local, and it's easy to meet other foreigners there who can give you more information on how to go about seeing different places. We met so many other foreigners who actually lived there, ate with them, socialized with them, and got recommendations from them. The hosts checked up on us and we're easy to contact.

Tasneem is paradise here on earth. I am so impressed with this hotel's concept and how beautifully it is executed. The pools and the garden are absolutely gorgeous... serene, private, lush, and beautifully kept. The staff are warm and professional, I can't say enough about how welcoming, accommodating, and kind they were to our family. The chef is really good - breakfast and dinner were wonderful. We were there in the hot season, and the air conditioning in our room was strong. We appreciated the little kitchenette with its fridge, gas burners, tea kettle, and good stock of dishes. This hotel management really understands what helps to make a vacation comfortable and took care to tend to every detail. Our family was totally charmed by Tasneem, and we hope to return as soon as possible. Side note: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant in Paje called Mozaik. We highly recommend it for its beautiful ambiance and for the mezze platter.
