The view from there was amazing, with Waikiki Beach below, Diamond Head in full view to the east -- everything seemed to be ours in hand. The people are very friendly and helpful, much higher than the average "high-class" hotels in Waikiki.

Valet service for underground parking. Storage available for surfboards and valet service stored our luggage after checkout. Elevators work well. The gym facilities were clean and spacious, and the outdoor patio was inviting and had a pool table. The condo itself has a wonderful feel, bright and luminous with incredible ocean views and sunsets. Mountain view from the back. Ample space for the family. Nice balcony with lots of space for a family lunch. There were convenience items such as coffee in the kitchen, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo and provided beach towels and chairs, and even a high chair and playpen. AC worked well. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were excellent, and provided a good night's sleep. Ample storage room. Double sink in the MB. The view is incredible, even a mountain view from the back windows. Complimentary wifi was appreciated. TV worked well and additional TV in the MB. The condo manager, Jasmine as well as the owner were quick to respond to our questions and provided fantastic support for our stay.

This aparthotel is non-smoking and soundproof. The unit was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. Had a beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean. Once I arrived at the building I went straight upstairs and into the unit in around 5 minutes. I was given clear instructions and it was very easy. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen is well equipped.

Parking inside the building is convenient (although the garage on the 10th floor seems a bit challenging for large cars at first ;)). The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a great view. We felt comfortable.

One of the best hotel stay’s that my family and I has ever experienced. We didn’t have to worry about any kitchen essentials or toiletries and other necessities because it was all provided. The property was very spacious, with comfortable lounge seating, big comfy beds and 2 big bathrooms. Their was also a laundry dryer and washer with laundry liquid and powder provided. We also loved the swimming gear, shade cover, chairs and stroller to take when visiting the beaches. I was able to share many beautiful memories with my family here. The apartment was also very secure and we always felt safe. The host was also a very lovely person and took great care whenever we required something.
