Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located just outside the main area you want to go as a tourist but easy enough with grab. Very comfortable and spacious with new TVs, kitchen and washing machine. We actually requested to stay another night as we were enjoying Hanoi that much and it wasn't a problem so big thank you for that!
