Please note that the operational hours of the boat tour are daily from 17:45–22:45, except for the month of Ramadan when the following schedule applies:
- Sunday–Wednesday: 19:45–23:15

Please note that the last boat departs 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time.

Please redeem your ticket at one of the 'At the Top' counters located on the lower ground floor of Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall.
Once you've collected your ticket, please proceed to the Dubai Fountain promenade and enter the 'Lake Ride' kiosk located in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.
