In this experience, you'll have the chance to visit a plantation, explore Monte Tchota Natural Park and discover local culinary favourites.
You'll begin your tour by travelling to Santa Cruz to visit a plantation. Here, you can walk through the fields and learn more about the varieties of fruit cultivated. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase fresh coconut water. You'll then head to nearby São Lourenço dos Órgãos to meet a local family for a cookery workshop. You'll try making cuscuz and fidjós before driving through the villages of São Jorge and Longueira.
You'll end your tour at Monte Tchota Natural Park, where you'll take a short walk to a viewpoint for panoramic views and see Pico D'Antonia, the island's highest mountain. In good weather, you can also see the nearby island of Fogo.
