Free cancellation available
Duration: 2 hours

On this private guided walking tour, you’ll dive into 2,000 years of history as you explore some of Worms’ and Germany’s most historic sites.

You’ll start your tour at the Siegfriedsbrunnen fountain, named for the hero of the Nibelung Saga – Germany’s most important epic. From there, you’ll check out Worms Cathedral, known for its Romanesque style and home to a spectacular baroque high altar built of gilt wood and multicoloured marble.

After learning about the Diet of Worms at Heylshof Garden, where Martin Luther was banished into exile in 1521, you’ll round off your tour with a visit to the Lutherdenkmal monument. It is the largest reformation monument in the world with nine statues and eight portrait medallions.
