On this full-day, history-themed tour of Alexandria, you’ll visit buildings that date back to the ancient Roman Empire and view some of the most famous landmarks of the city.

Starting inside the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, you’ll take in sights such as the Ancient Roman Theatre, Serapeum and Pompey's Pillar and the Library of Alexandria, which was established in the third century CE. You’ll also see the Citadel of Qaitbay as well as places of worship, including the Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque and The Cathedral of St. Mark.

You’ll round off the tour by visiting Montaza Palace and crossing the Montaza bridge to Tea Island, where you can walk along former royal beaches.
