This tour will help you to learn more about how champagne is produced. You’ll start with an adventure through vineyards in a 4x4 vehicle, followed by a Perla-Néra Grand Cru vintage champagne tasting with a sample of foie gras.
Next, you’ll descend into a historical cellar, where you’ll see a grape press that dates back to 1889. There, you’ll try Blanc de Blanc champagne with a platter of local cheeses.
The final part of the tour will be a chance to see bottles being disgorged ‘à la volée’ – a traditional process that removes the sediment from the neck of the bottle. You’ll finish the experience with a tasting of Rosé champagne paired with delicious chocolates.
