On this guided tour of Ogulin, you’ll see the natural and cultural sites that inspired the fairy tales of renowned Croatian author Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić.

Starting at the Frankopan Castle, you’ll be able to admire one of town’s best examples of Renaissance architecture. You’ll follow your guide through the old town area to attractions such as the Djula Abyss and Medvedica Cave system, where you’ll see the Dobra river disappear underground.

During the tour, you’ll take in views of the flora-covered Klek Mountain. You’ll also hear some of the stories, fairy tales and legends that originated in Ogulin.
