During this class, you’ll learn how to make Culurgiones – a traditional Sardinian pasta dish. Using durum wheat dough, a local chef will teach you how to fill the pasta and secure it, before cooking it with potato, vegetables and tomato sauce.
While you wait for the pasta to cook, you’ll prepare the table. You’ll then be able to enjoy your home-made meal, accompanied by wine, water, bread and cheese.

The minimum age for participating in this experience is 16 years.
