With this experience, you’ll participate in a small-group, Italian cooking class in Alberobello and visit a local market. You’ll shop for seasonal ingredients for the cooking class from the market with your host. You’ll then return to the host’s home to begin the class. You can enjoy an ‘aperitivo’ of Prosecco with snacks before the class. You'll then learn how to make pasta and tiramisu. You can enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by local wine, soft drinks and coffee.
