On this tour, you’ll spend a day exploring the cuisine of Umbria and Tuscany and learning how to recreate it. You’ll head to a locanda – a traditional, stone farmhouse inn – just outside of Orvieto. Here, you’ll meet a local chef who will teach you the secrets behind simple, authentic dishes.
You can prepare a full three-course menu of your choice, or select from a set list that includes pasta, pizza and homemade bread. All the produce will be locally sourced, and once you’ve finished preparing your dishes, you’ll sit down to enjoy them, accompanied by a wine tasting.
