On this tour, you will be able to explore Jerash and Amman with a professional guide. After getting picked up from your hotel, you will be driven to Jerash, a well-preserved city of the Roman Empire. Your guide will explain the rich history and culture of the town.
Here, you will visit Hadrian’s Arch, built to honour the visit of Emperor Hadrian. You will then pass the Hippodrome, the Forum, the Temple of Artemis, the Colonnaded Street and the Nymphaeum. You will then head back to Amman to have lunch at Al Quds in Rainbow Street.
Next, you will proceed to Downtown to visit the Citadel hill with the remains of the Hercules Temple and the Umayyad Palace. Here, you will also visit the Archaeological Museum. Before the tour ends, you will get a chance to see the Roman Theater and the traditional souks.
