Suitable for all physical fitness levels
1. You must bring a valid ID with you that shows your date of birth (NO PHOTOCOPIES)
2. Dress code is casual but NO gym clothing like shorts, tank tops(men), flip-flops, sandals, sweatpants, track pants, hiking clothing etc.
3. You must be born in or before 2005 in order to join us and not more than 40.(that's a soft limit, if older and want to join, just contact us)
