This full-day tour gives you the opportunity to explore the historical and natural landmarks of Lebanon. From Beirut, you'll journey to the rugged landscape of the Qadisha Valley, which holds some of the world's oldest Christain monasteries. You'll see the Monastery of Saint Anthony the Great, a 12th-century monastery that overlooks the valley at 950 metres above sea level. You'll also stroll through the Forests of the Cedars of God, an ancient forest cited in the Bible.
You'll then continue to Baalbek, where you'll visit the Gibran Museum dedicated to the Lebanese artist and writer Kahlil Gibran. In Baalbek, you'll also tour the town's ancient Roman ruins, including the Temple of Jupiter and the Temple of Baccus. Both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the ruins are some of the largest and best-preserved ancient Roman temples in the world.
