On this full-day guided tour, you’ll discover famous landmarks along the southwest coast of Sri Lanka and get an insight into the local culture.
Starting in the town of Ahangama, you’ll visit the Handunugoda Tea Estate to learn about the production of award-winning teas. After a brief introduction to traditional stilt fishing, you’ll find out about local food and spices during a cooking demonstration.
You’ll round off the tour by exploring the city of Galle. Here, you’ll discover the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort, which was constructed during the 16th and 17th centuries.
