This three-hour private village tour gives you the opportunity to experience traditional Sri Lanka.
The tour will begin with your pickup and transfer to the village, where you will meet your guide. After a quick walk around the village while learning about the village life, you will go on a 15-minute oxen cart ride, ending at the banks of an artificial reservoir. You will then go on a 15-minute traditional catamaran ride and explore the aquatic and plant life followed by a walk amidst the fields.
After reaching back, you will see a traditional Sri Lankan cooking demonstration by a local. Before returning, you can relish traditional lunch served in Sri Lankan style followed by spending some time with the family.
