A tour of Langkawi’s off-the-beach highlights

This afternoon tour explores some of the off-the-beach attractions of Langkawi. Starting at 14:00 you will drive to Langkawi Crocodile Farm near Datai Bay. The large farm is home to more than 1,000 crocodiles and your visit will coincide with feeding time.

Then you will drive through scenes of natural beauty, including waterfalls, to reach the base of Langkawi’s second-highest peak. From there a cable car will take you to the top of Gunung Mat Cinang, some 700 metres above sea level. At the top, there are walkways through the jungle to explore. Viewing platforms are well-located for photographers to record the views.

After returning to ground level by cable car, you will drive back to your hotel. On the way, you will stop at one of Langkawi’s many beaches.

    This tour involves a moderate amount of walking and is not suitable for wheelchair users.

    There will be ample time for you to spend time on your own to admire sites at your own pace or to browse shops for souvenirs. When additional time is needed, this can be discussed with the guide.

If you're staying at a private residence, apartment complex or other non-registered tourism accommodation, you will have to make your way to the nearest meeting point. Pickup and drop-off are inclusive only for customers staying at Kuah Town, Cenang, Tengah and Kok. Transfers to and from outside these areas, including accommodation such as The Datai, The Andaman, Tanjung Rhu, Four Seasons and St. Regis, along with Langkawi International airport, are excluded.
