Take Fast Track lines 1 or 2 and present your smartphone ticket for scanning, then follow staff instructions for the tour.
Audio commentary is available in Chinese, English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
Visitors who are hearing impaired can ask for multimedia guides featuring sign-language content at the reception desk.

Tickets for visitors with reduced mobility can be obtained at the Benfica Official Store, Museum and Benfica Houses. Companions to visitors with reduced mobility can enter for free.
Please note that during match days, tours end six hours prior to the scheduled match time.
Guided tours take place every 30 minutes, between 10:00 and 17:00. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the tour starts.
