After meeting your guide at a convenient meeting point, you'll head to Benagil Cave. In this ancient formation, you'll have the chance to swim with an experienced water rescue guide.
You'll then hike the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, along which you will be able to admire scenery and views. The tour will end at one of the many beaches in this area of Portugal, where you'll have the opportunity to relax under an umbrella or go snorkelling with a mask.
