Children aged 0–12 years can ride for free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Some of the stops for the bus route include Stockholm Central Station, Gustav Adolfs torg, Gamla stan, Fjällgatan and Medborgarplatsen. The operational hours for the bus are 10:00–17:00, with departures every 35 minutes. The last departure for a full tour from Stop 1 is at 15:15.
The boat's operational hours are 10:05–18:00, with departures every 20 minutes. The last departure for a full tour from Stop 1 is at 17:05. Some of the stops for the boat include the Royal Palace, Nybroplan, Vasa Museum, Skeppsholmen and Grona Lund.
