This self-guided walking tour will take you to visit the spookiest and historic sites in Portsmouth with the help of a smartphone.

You will first pass by 111 State Street and see the haunted building which was originally built in 1814. You will also pass by 222 Court Street, one of the oldest pre-revolutionary buildings, before stopping at the African Burying Ground memorial park.

Other places you will see include the historic Rockingham Hotel and John Paul Jones House, said to be home to many ghosts including that of its former resident. You will also pass by the Music Hall and Brewery, a restored Victorian building where there have been many reports of ghostly manifestations.
