With this experience, you’ll participate in an Uzbek bread-making masterclass in Khiva. You’ll discover more about traditional Uzbek bread. You’ll also learn the process of baking this bread from scratch, guided by professional bakers. You'll be provided with all the required baking equipment. You’ll also get to weigh the flour and place the prepared dough in a bread maker. You can then sample the bread after it is baked, accompanied by tea or coffee.
