the quick, friendly and helpful reply from the staff on "whats app". the staff were very flexible and tried to help as much as possible. we asked if we can get an extra hour for late check out and it was offered with ease. the property is clean, comfortable and the automated checkin checkout process was so simple. the only item i would say it, i wish there is a gym :-)

Francesca is a wonderful host, lovely room with comfy bed. Loved the outdoor kitchen and terras. If you don't mind to walk a bit, the location is very nice.

Everything, the apartment has a great location and everything you need in it. The owner Max is incredible, so welcome and helpful. The private parking and the swimming pool are definitely a plus.

An amazing penthouse apartment with every facility you could need. Great shared pool area and massive very private, screened from the wind personal terrace with full sun all day. It was so nice, we spent far more time sunbathing there than we normally do. Have been to GC well into double figures and this is the best place we've stayed. To the point where we're considering arranging future breaks around its availability.

This is the second time we have visited Gran Canaria and the second time we stayed at Siesta Suites and it will be the only place we stay when we come back. The complex is perfect for relaxation, privacy and comfort. The facilities for a relatively small complex are fantastic however, the staff are exceptional! Nothing was a problem, they help me arrange a special breakfast for my husbands birthday as a surprise, they went way above and beyond what I have experienced before. They really do look after you and care about you having a greta holiday. Angela is the ultimate host... so helpful, friendly and cares about her guests. The location is just perfect to get away from hustle and busy tourist spots but easy to get into Meloneras for great restaurants and shopping and Playa del Ingles for nightlife. Can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back! My sister came this time with us and it was her first time and she will return with a friend.
