We enjoyed every bit of our stay! The garden is beautiful and you feel like you are in a little Oasis. the staff were great, always very attentive and friendly. Both the breakfast buffet as well as the a la carte Restaurant had a great selection and good quality dishes.

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Very well designed and spacious apartment in the old town. Few minutes walk to the sea, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds.

Everything you need, perfect location between the beach with black sand and the city center, the host very attentive to details (Netflix set in the guests' language). Parking.

Tiziana and Claudio are wonderful hosts who made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and responded to our queries immediately. We felt so welcome in their place. The constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach made this a truly special experience and stay - pure relaxation. The location of the unit is could not be better - although central very quiet. During the night you mainly only hear the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is very-well equipped with high end appliances (stove, oven and fridge). The views from the balcony which is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen are amazing. The pool was closed during our stay but the apartment is only a few minutes from Lago Martianez (beautiful swimming pool complex). There is a very good supermarket on the ground floor of the building. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice but small apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner Alfonso is very friendly and helpful. You need to be aware the the apartment (the one with the balcony) is quiet small and the kitchen has only two hot plates and is very narrow. For us it was no issue because we stayed only 4 nights and did not cook a lot. The best is the location. Right next to the border to the historical town center but still quiet during the night. No issues with smell from the sewage (we had that in several apartments in Tenerife). Parking options at the street (however sometimes you need to search for a free place). Nice balcony with the view of Teide.
