This was our first time in Scotland & we looked so forward to staying at Glencruitten. It was beyond anything we dreamed of. The place is absolutely stunning & full of so much history. Anna & Paul are so warm & friendly. They made you feel like you knew them forever. They gave us expert ideas of what to see, where to eat & shop. The dining room is exquisite & the breakfast out of this world. We would recommend anyone going to Scotland to make Glencruitten House a must stay. You will be happy you did.

Lovely and bright and very homely. Everything was provided for. It was great not needing to bring cleaning items, towels or other household items as we’re normally at the caravan and pack a car load. Loved the fact there was access to Netflix & you tube for my son. Location was perfect for us. Would definitely book again.

it’s beautiful and quiet - off the beaten path. Although we arrived after 10 pm, which was long after check-in time ended, the staff graciously accommodated our late arrival and made sure we knew exactly where the key was, etc. they could not have been nicer. And breakfast was magnificent, with many options and basically however much, and whatever variety, you wanted.

Very friendly host, a beautiful building and a lovely, cozy room. We had an amazing view of the harbour straight from our bed, which itself was big and very comfortable. There was a plentiful breakfast and a fridge available in the room. Spacious private bathroom for a relaxing bath, with wellness products handy. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out, with numerous small niceties here and there. Parking was available right next to the gate, and the main street of Oban is literally within a 5 minute walk downhill.
