Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .

Our room was very clean and had a partial sea view. Liam was extremely accommodating and so friendly which is just what you need after a long tiring journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful - cereals, yoghurts, juice, toast plus a full English - beautifully cooked. I would definitely recommend this B & B.

The room had all amenities provided that you would require for your stay - the complimentary Easter eggs were a very nice touch! Our room also had a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs - with a fabulous sea view! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself was lovely! And the owners where even better, it was my partners birthday surprise night away, they went above and beyond, decorating the room with balloons & banners, and was even given an upgrade to the best room in the house. It was comfortable, relaxing and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The dinner service ran like clockwork with enough staff to feel 5* at a 2* small seaside Paignton hotel . The meal was very tasty and 3 courses which I didn’t expect. The room , even though it was dated and not very big , was perfect and had windows onto the side park and the view over the sea . The beds were very comfortable and not soft .

Just around the corner from the beach and the shops. Comfortable, reasonable accommodation. The indoor pool was a real bonus and lovely and warm. The hotel staff were friendly and I was also lucky to have a parking space. Enjoyed my short stay.

Hosts extremely helpful and friendly and having two resident cats was a bonus for me! Everything was very pleasant. I stayed in the superior single room at the top of the house which had a large comfortable bed and nice little en suite bathroom with a shower. Good choice for breakfast.
