The moment I found this property after at least an hour of searching through websites, I knew I found the right place to celebrate my birthday. The vibes I felt were incredible. Kristina went out of her way to meet my special request and email me back instantly. I have anxiety when it comes to parking because I’ve noticed that most hotels can be on cliffs, in tight areas, on side streets with inconvenient meters, paying $25+, valet only, and/or having to parallel park. This was not the case here, a free lot that was rather easy to navigate, especially if you park in the field instead of down by the entrance. The check-in and check-out process was extremely fast and easy. Both front desk agents I had the pleasure of meeting were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I’m Croatian American and they had no problem switching back and forth between languages and making me feel comfortable when answering several of my questions. The facility is clean and well organized. The decor was super cute. The amenities they provide honestly couldn’t be better, especially the balcony, pool, ample seating, and the stunning location with views all around for frame worthy pictures. I didn’t get the chance to eat at their restaurant but they were kind enough to allow me to store my birthday cake in their fridge. I mean, the list can go on for miles. Everything and everyone is amazing here and I’m already thinking about booking my next stay.

This place was spotlessly clean, had a comfortable bed and a cute, serviceable mini kitchen. The highlight was the fabulous balcony. We were in room five, and there's plenty of room to have a cup of coffee at a table and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. And this place comes with breakfast included, and the breakfast is very generous, and made to order! Plus the host is extremely kind!

We spend the weekend in the apartment and would certainly recommend it. The property seemed brand new and was beautify decorated. The location was perfect for us, it was a walking distance to the town, the town beach and the zipline centre (the Omis zipline was the absolute highlight of the trip). The stunning view of the mountains was an added bonus! The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Marijana was an amazing host, she showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations.

A beautiful villa with soul, a great host Ivan who is putting his heart in that he does - amazing person! Over a house there is a bench where you can sit and admire sea views! An area is beautiful, nice village, a lot of beaches around, everyone find something for himself! Thank you Ivan for a great stay!

Very friendly staff, nice clean room, all necessary equipment present. The property has real beach front and in near proximity two other pebbles beach perfect for kids. The view on entrance to the pool was astonishing

The view and the atmosphere of the balcony was absolutely amazing. We were eating almost all our meals outside, looking at the sea. The apartment was super clean and very practical, we had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. We liked the place so much that we even extended our stay, and will come back again. There are stairs (but this is very common everywhere here) to the beach and to the parking lot, but we used it as part of our daily fitness routine.

The owners were amazing hosts, they always put in extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. Really a great place to stay and relax. You can request dinner most days when you go for breakfast, it was a mixed meat dinner done on the grill - it was an excellent value and a very tasty meal!
