It was a good stay. the beach is close, close to lots of good restaurants a nice bar close by. Rental of electric scooters🛴 recommended with the Bird application (for the day) to move around all of Quartu Sant'elena. The owner gave us advice and is accessible for any questions and further assistance. The rooms correspond to the photos. The place is relatively quiet and Cagliari is easily accessible by bus (tickets via the CTM busfinder application). Coffee machine available and capsules available in the room, no breakfast but fridge available to put everything you want. Grocery store next door, small coop supermarket as well. Also bar just opposite for breakfast. We recommend taking a trip to the L'Arte del mare restaurant and the nearby pizzeria. We recommend taking the train and bus to get there from the airport.

Perfect cleanliness,  fully furnished, with all needed. Good kitchen and bathroom. We had all we expected to have. Cosy apartments with WiFi, own closed place for sunbouth, with umbrella and sunbeds. A sense of security and comfort in the protected area. Perfect location near the beach. Big supermarket near the apartments. The bus stop for a few minutes to walk. A beautiful area with lots of greenery and flowers. Perfect place to stay for family. The apartment looks accurately the same as in  Booking's foto.

It was an excellent stay 😊 The place is nice, quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The location is also great. You can walk to the flamingo lake, beach or city center or take a bus to Cagliari (about 25 min to the train station there without changes). The bus stops are only in 5-6 min walk. I hope I can come there again in future, thanks for everything!

Beautiful area, by the beach and right in the Molentargius park, surrounded by nature (and flamingos!) The apartment was very nice, very clean, very well equipped and with a beautiful view, to enjoy from the balconies. Finally our host has been extremely kind and welcoming, with plenty of helpful tips to explore the region.

Everything about the place was great! Super location, private gated parking. Super cosy loft! And the cherry om the cake was direct access to the beach. From there you can easyily drive to Cagliari for some shopping. But also along the beach there are some great beachclubs to visit. We would gladly come back next time!
