Very comfortable and spacious room with balcony, new bathroom and a terrace with a nice view. The place looks newly renovated, great value for money and delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it! Private parking available in front of the location. The location its only 5 minutes to get into the heart of Villasimius. The host Rennato was very kind,caring and made sure that we had everything we needed. Room and bathroom were very clean and smelled nice.quiet neighborhood and very good location. Room was equipped with wifi,towels,extra pillows,comfortable beds,fridge, coffee machine with capsules, coffee cup, Rennato had 1 bottle of water in the fridge for every one of us when we arrived. when we left we forgot a bag and Rennato tried to call but my phone was silent, he was nice enough to follow us by car to give it to us.

Sweets, savoury, fruits, yogurt and coffee/tea. - Straightforward self check-in. - Location is great, right in the centre. - Recently renovated with modern shower, air-conditioning etc. - Nice balcony to dry your wet clothes after a long day at the beautiful beaches nearby. - Staff is great and they provide cold water in the fridge.

Breakfast was really good, very good home made cackes. The balcony had spectacular view and was pretty big. It has a table and a sofa. Also the bathroom was good.
