Lovely boutique hotel with natural charm. Slightly off the main road so was surprisingly quiet which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very tidy. Good location to local eats and just a 15 minute walk for us to our dive centre in town. The staff were also very helpful with great suggestions for food, taxi and massage services. Lovely cafe and food as well! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights and liked it so much that we stayed for another 2, in a different apartment since the first was booked out. Both apartments were incredible with lots of light and views of the ocean, in the first apartment straight from our bed! What a way to wake up!!! We appreciated the Nespresso machines the have in each apartment, as well as the free water from the fridge. All around an incredible place!

Had a perfect stay at Blue Wave House over Christmas. Room was spacious, clean and they gave us an upgrade with seeview for free. Cleaners came by everyday and they even provided free coffee and a small breakfast. Laundry service was affordable as well. Would always stay again. Thanks again for the nice stay and the small birthday present :)

Small and new hotel right on the beach, few steps from the sea. We had an amazing view to the beach and to the sea and even to sunset (from the bed). Very nice room, clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Still far enough away so it's not too loud, absolutely perfect location! Amazing comfy beds, with a great AC to keep you cool at night. Slept great every night, almost too good! Staff were also absolutely lovely, and helped with whatever you need. I stayed on the dorms for two weeks, and the staff regularly changed my sheets and towel, very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Perfect location, right in the centre of Sairee Beach (best spot in Koh Tao). Restaurant bottom of hill, right on the beach, serving great quality food and reasonable prices. There’s another stunning rooftop restaurant within the resort called Barracuda. More pricy but definitely recommend for a one off romantic sunset dinner. Great service.
