I hate that I can only give this place a 10. From the moment I booked the room, the staff was so attentive to our every need. Tips for the most efficient transport, figuring out our itinerary and to top it all off, ensuring the room was at a comfortable temperature by the time we arrived! I've never seen such attention to detail and a genuine level of care for all the guests here. I can't thank Joy enough for being our emissary while here. She took the time to get to know us and helped fine tune our activities to perfection. The rooms are very luxurious and quite spacious. The added touch of having a French press coffee maker in the room is fantastic.

Everything. The localization a little bit off the main road making the place quite calm and quiet, besides chickens that wake you up in the morning wich is also nice. This place was everything I could've hoped for. I needed a break from my crazy job and wanted somewhere I could just relax; This place was perfect. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff is nice and friendly, there is a nice pool at the top and access to the beach on the ground floor. The beach was beautiful and not very busy, which I thought was fantastic. The hotel area was also very quiet, compared to some "trendier" areas of Phuket, which I appreciated. The "flamingo" restaurant is also right on the beach, and I had dinner there a couple of times. The view is amazing and the food is great. Make sure you book a room with breakfast. The morning buffet is pretty nice, and there is always someone who will cook you an omelet on the spot! If you don't always want to eat at the hotel, there are a handful of restaurants right outside the hotel and also 2 convenience stores. There's also a few shops that rent out scooters if you want to explore a little further. And everything is super affordable.
