Arif, the manager and his staff went above and beyond. The little town of Gelemis, where the hotel is located is lovely too. Arif made many useful suggestions that helped our experience. The courtyard is lovely and peaceful and the swimming pool is clean. Air conditioning worked really well during a heat wave and the balconies were small but really nice.

We returned to the Hotel after a visit 14 years ago and were not disappointed. Serdar and his wife were the perfect hosts and could not do enough for us.
