Stunning small hotel, with beautiful private villas and extremely kind and efficient staff. Our butler Salum made sure everything went smoothly during our stay, efficiently managed all of our requests, and even organized a lovely birthday celebration for us. The villa was kept spotless clean at all times. The ladies at the spa are lovely and give great massages. Everything perfect.

Peaceful private place hidden between village and sea. Willing and helpful owner and staff (manage anything what you want, good fast communication, P.S: thank you for help me find my forgotten running vest :)). Nice view and spacious terrace. Outside breakfast (fruit and eggs) with the sea view. Beautiful green garden with the turtles :)

A great place to stay, with the best location on the island - the ocean is right on your doorstep, the rooms are so beautiful decorated, the staff is very friendly and helpful! A big plus - you get the best curry on the island in the restaurant!

Nice place to stay in Kendwa. It is not by the beach however you're there in a few minutes. They had a safe in the room which was a nice thing to have. The garden is amazing, and Renata - the host - is brilliant. Very calm place and would definitely return.

The property is in amazing part of the island, rooms are very clean and all the staff is amazing and welcoming. My boyfriend decided to propose me there and with the help of the staff, they managed to organize full proposal in less than 24h without me having any clue. They made so much effort and it couldnt be done without them. Laurent, Peter, Jackson, Richard and the rest of the team were so amazing! We will be back soon to this amazing place with beautiful energy!

We loved our stay in Kendwa Carletto Style. The bungalow was clean and spacious with a nice patio for relaxing with a book. The staff are really helpful and added little details to make our stay extra special. It was nice to get a feel for the locality on the short walk to the beach. At low tide you can walk over and back between Kendwa and Nungwi. If the tide comes in you can take a short taxi ride or water taxi. There is a really nice Italian restaurant with delicious cocktails on Nungwi beach. Can't remember the name but it's up some wooden steps, right beside the Mama Mia ice cream parlour(not the one at Kendwa Rocks)

One of the best hotels in the area of Kendwa and Nungwi! Our first impression at the reception was marvellous - everyone was smiley, attentive and considerate. Sally made sure we feel like home and provided everything we needed to enjoy our time in Kendwa. All the facilities, the room, pool, communal areas etc were always clean and tidy. The pool and plants inside the main area of the hotel are very beautiful and the restaurant offers many different options suitable for all tastes. Finally, the massage therapies we had with Queen (she IS the Queen) were unforgettable. Thank you all, we already miss you!
