Our family trip to New York was an absolute dream, thanks to this incredible place. It’s so rare in NYC to find a spacious place that’s quiet and comfortable! It's much bigger than we were expecting, in fact it was huge, and had it's own front door (not an apartment) which was nice. It's in a very busy, central and lively location but manages to be in a quiet alley without any noise. The home is extremely well-equipped: great beds, pillows, towels, and the kitchen and living room is fully stocked with everything you could need on your stay. The crib and high chair was a game changer for our little one. It was the perfect launch spot for exploring New York, very private, quiet, and situated on a very cool street. We loved it. It was perfect for our family, can't recommend it enough and will definitely book again when we're next in New York.

The service was good, with friendly and accommodating front reception desk. The food at the Archer lobby restaurant had a fantastic breakfast menu and the food was exceptional. It has the perfect location in Little Italy/Chinatown and you can reach most of the sightseeing places within 20 mins with the subway. They offer free coffee/tea which was just perfect and staff was very helpful. The rooms itself were simple and had enough storage. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was open space which we personally liked and had a TV with also international channels. The highlight was the rooftop to watch the sunrise/sunset. We would recommend this hotel a 100%!
