Customer service is excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Gioia and Adriana, went above and beyond. They made restaurant reservations, gave us recommendations about sights and other towns in Puglia, and were an absolute joy to deal with. When we checked in Gioia sat us down at the bar to have a cappuccino (deliciously made) while the valet was parking our car in the garage that belongs to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel, and strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay in Monopoli.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with good wifi and giant baths. You can walk anywhere in the city very comfortably. There's parking you can book if you want it (especially helpful during the busy summer months). There's a wonderful cafe downstairs too, which is open all day and has free wifi.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. The perfect location! Right in the old town but no stairs requiered to access (many stays do). Our longest walk was 10 minutes! Super clean and comfy, towels and linens smelled amazing, we had coffee and tea for every day of our stay and some snacks, juice and water. Grazia (the manager) was AMAZING, she gave her recommendations, drove us from the station and back, she was super attentive and so nice!

The host gave us a pass for free parking very close to the apartment which is very convenient if you arrive by car.

The people were the best though, Aldo gave us lots of information and recommendations and made us feel part of his family. If you’re coming to Otranto you must stay here.
