Everything was really great, tasty food, large apartment, nice and peaceful surroundings. Very nice surprise was that we got a Sommer card with plenty of discounts and free entrances on cable cars, ships etc. (we saved a lot). We really recommend Brandgut and hopefully visit again :)

Pension Lederergütl - Jokercard & Parkplatz inkl enjoys a quiet, secluded location next to a little stream, 500 metres or 1 ski bus stop from the Schönleiten Cable Car and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ski Area. The bus stop is 200 metres away and you can ski right down to the house. Free WiFi is available throughout.

The rustically furnished rooms come with cable TV and a private bathroom. Most have a balcony offering views of the 1,500 m² garden or of the mountains.

We loved everything about this guesthouse - the staff and owners, the breakfast, the location, the room, the balcony, the view, the decor, the cleanliness..... We shall definitely stay here again. There is a regular bus which leaves almost outside the guesthouse which connects to buses going to all the interesting locations offered as part of the Zell am See card. It is also possible to walk to the guesthouse, but it is very steep. There were slightly different things offered as part of the breakfast each day, which we liked.

Although a bus ride from the slopes this really wasn't an issue and we soon found our way around. Taxi's were easy to come by too and not too expensive. Pension Kaltenbrunn is right next to the slopes of the Schmittenhöhe Ski Area in Zell am See. It is an annexe of Hotel Der Schmittenhof. Wi-Fi is available against a surcharge, and a ski bus stop is right in front.

Guests can enjoy dinner in the neighbouring hotel. Free private parking is available at B&B by Zillners.

Breakfast was perfect. Nice variety I was able to have something different everyday. Fresh juices, teas, spreads, etc etc. Hot coffee already waiting for you at the table ☕️ staff were very friendly and the dinner I had was amazing, reasonable portions. Rooms pretty sound proof too :)
