We booked two rooms, both were nice, room temperature couldn't be adjusted, one room is warmer and the other was cooler. Rooms were clean. The owner was so nice that he prepared our breakfast at an earlier time before 8am so that we could manage to catch the bus to Lake Louise in the early morning. Parking is convenient, just behind the property, we were allowed to park our car a little bit earlier before check-in time and kept our car there for some time after check-out. I highly recommend this place, especially for family.
