This accommodation is centrally located in a quiet side street in the Mitte district of Berlin. Seminarhaus 1516 is a short walk from the Berlin Wall Documentation Centre and the Mauerpark (wall park).

Sincerely it is one of the best accommodations if you travel alone and you want some privacy and also to remain in a low budget. You get a small and clean room even with a small balcony, near subway so location is great, you can even walk to Alexander Platz. The price was more than fair, I paid 245 Euro for 4 nights and for a bed in one good hostel the price would been around 180 euro, so I think it worth it. It is true, there are common bathrooms, but they are clean and it was not queue to use them.
