Pretty place but not really a hostel. There is no male or mix dormitories. Mostly rooms so don't expect too much interaction with other backpackers. But anyway, beautiful place in beautiful town/area!

The jacuzzi was clean and perfect temperature. The owner let us stay an hour longer after check out. We could contact them at any time with fast response. Thank you!

All the comodities are present, for cooking, washing... There is a TV with Nerflix, which is great. The woman in charge of the keys lives upstairs and she's very nice and reactive. The homemade food was delicious and I enjoyed having good conversations at dinnertime. Mi Hogar is locate din the middle of an eco project in the woods on Jarabacoa and serenly quiet (yes, there are roosters - but we are in the Dominican).
