What made my stay truly special was the birthday celebration organized by the thoughtful staff. Their personal touch and commitment to making every guest feel valued were evident in the meticulous arrangements and warm gestures, creating a birthday memory I will cherish. Stayed at this hotel 2 times, 3 families with children. Great hotel! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, stunning views of the Pyramid of Cheops from the windows. We were received wonderfully. Karim was very kind, fulfilled all our requests immediately, prepared amazing fresh juices for us, breakfast to choose from - European or national, everything fresh and delicious, excellent coffee with cardamom. Organized a transfer from the airport with a visit to the museum. Special thanks to the driver, who on the way from the airport did everything possible for us to visit the national museum, despite the fact that there was only 1 hour left before closing. All the hotel staff also did everything to make our stay very comfortable. The staff is constantly working on improving the rooms. For the second time, we were pleasantly surprised by the presence in the rooms of large, full-length mirrors with backlight (large mirrors are a rarity in the room). We hope to return. We recommend this hot

We stayed in the triple room. Both the hotel and the room were really clean and looked after. Beds are really comfortable, shower has 24 hr hot water, TV has satellite channels, WIFI is good, location is about 10-15 mins walk to Pyramids, and 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simply amazing. But without a doubt, what stands out is the super amazing Susan! She was simply the best host I have ever encountered and I am a well travelled person. Susan simply made our stay super great and we are so grateful to have come to this hotel. After a long day and chaotic day in Cairo visiting sites, there is nothing better than to come to this "Oasis" hotel and meet Susan. Just know that Egypt can be challenging but Susan would do anything to help out and make you feel welcomed and relaxed is simply a super bonus.

This is by no means a luxury property, but good value for money. I just needed a one night stay as I was leaving super early in the morning. Also convenient for airport. The property is very well situated on a relatively quiet street downtown. It is clean and comfortable.
