The Palacete de la Alameda was probably my favorite place to stay on this trip to Andalucía that had several stops. Centrally located, this 200-year old, renovated building will take you back in time and make you feel most comfortable and relaxed. You should find everything you need in your room and will notice the care that went into decorating. Carmen, the hostess, was extremely accommodating and helpful. I’d visit and stay here again.

Set in a 19th-century building with 3 floors, rooms at Hostal Colón have individually designed décor and marble floors. All come with a TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. There is no lift available.
The hostel was not far from the shops and bars. Our room was spacious, even the bathroom was huge. Very clean with coffee making facilities in the lobby. The young lady on reception was very helpful in pointing out all the local attractions, marking them on the Map for us. She even gave us suggestions for our onward journey. Very welcoming staff.

Bright and modern. Separate bedroom from the kitchen/ living with a large door opening out to the sunny deck. Heaps of room inside and outside. Having the use of a washing machine and dryer as part of desk was a real bonus. Great location in the old town. Loved the vibe that Cádiz has particularly at night.
