We went to Tenerife on our honeymoon and split our vacation between the north and south of the island. That's how we ended up at Casa Doña Carmela, where Amos took care of ensuring we had all the comfort we need. The accommodation is very well positioned, not too close to the center to avoid the hustle and parking issues, but not too far either. Moreover, it's very close to the tram station that quickly takes you to the center (only 2 stops). The accommodation has a beautifully arranged rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply relax. A big plus is also the breakfast offered every morning, very tasty and varied enough. But what made us feel best here was Amos and the wonderful lessons we learned from him: kindness, care for their beautiful island, and efforts against food waste! Thank you, Amos, for these lessons and for all the advice on where to spend the best time in Tenerife!

I wish we could have stayed longer :) The hotel is very nice, not large, modern - a short walk from the city centre. The room was bright and nicely decorated, there was a really comfortable bed, shelves/hangers, small balcony and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was superb - home-made cakes, freshly made orange juice and many other things to pick from. The communication with the owner was good - we received a code for the gate/room in advance, and they let us store our luggage in the hotel earlier than check-in time. Everyone from the staff we met was very friendly. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again we will definitely make another booking here.

    The apartments at Nikos rooms are simply classy. Location is right at the heart of the downtown, the flat is very beautifully designed and separate apartments are either facing on of the main streets that makes you feel living for on a vibrant city centre or facing internal quiet garden. The owner of this place is absolutely amazing lady Marta, she makes everyone feel like home and it's on leave make a wish to come back one day

    The location close to a very beautiful park was really nice. It was also few minutes by feet to the very city centre of the town. The apartment was also quite quiet. That is about everything positive I can say honestly.
